Shannon has joined up with a team of really good friends to raise donations for the CIBC Run for the Cure.
The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure is Canada’s largest single day, volunteer-led fundraising event dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research, and education and awareness programs.
Each year, thousands of Canadians of all ages and from all walks of life unite to participate in the Run. Their reasons for participating vary, but they all have the same goal; to create a future without breast cancer.
On Sunday, October 3, 2010, Run, Walk and Give Generously.

Empire Avenue Portfolio Update August 10th, 2010
Be sure to buy (e)PWND.

On the afternoon of August 6th, Empire Avenue lost their “pet” squirrel that lives in the server room.
The official press release reads as such: “It’s Squirrel Season! Rudiger, our server-room squirrel, has escaped and vowed to become king of all that is and ever was. Hunt him down on Empire Avenue. There is a reward. Follow the drama on Twitter @EmpireAve and @EAv_Squirrel.”
Luckily, I figured out where the squirrel hides, and how to go about catching him.
The easiest way I could figure out is to navigate to your “Lists” page, and start clicking on all of the shares in one of your lists.
When you see the squirrel appear, you will have less than a second to quickly click on him, and receive your secret achievement.

Today’s Div Pick is: Grand Magister Blackwood
At only e16.660 per share, the daily dividends on this influencer are between e150 and e200 (400 shares owned). That means this share will take 35 days to pay off, and scores a whopping 48.2 pay-to-share ratio. With only 1,936 shares outstanding, this is a huge score if you can get in early. This stock is still a fledgeling though, so the maximum you can purchase is 200 right now.

Today’s Div Pick is Tuxboard
HOT!!!
Today’s stock pick should be bought at the maximum you can afford, before they sell out again. The dividends are almost always in the e300 to e450 range. The content is reliable, the stock is solid.

Today’s Div Pick is Ron Heigh
This stock is rock solid, and sure to gain value in the long term. The dividends are up-and-down, but always in the top end as far as value. Currently this stock sits on 3 of the 4 leader boards, and has great daily gains. Another bonus, this stock just upgraded their shares to 30,000 available, so the dividend payouts will continue to multiply. Does anybody read this, if so add a comment that starts with “One time, at band camp” and I’ll buy some shares in your stock depending on how good your comment is.
Bonus: If you make a donation to the CIBC Run for the Cure post I will purchase shares in your stock, $20=200 $30=300 $40=400. Simply include your ticker during the donation process, and post a note in the comments section to qualify.

Today’s Div Pick is Charles Surette
This is a solid stock, with proven long term dividends. Shares sales on this stock are still low (2048) with a share price of 26.003. The dividends per day (approx 150) are based on outside sources, mainly Facebook and Twitter, so should be very consistent.
The screeny shows the history you can expect, look for this to be a solid long term investment, with lots of room to grow. (The numbers in the screeny are based on 400 shares owned)
Bonus: If you make a donation to the CIBC Run for the Cure post I will purchase shares in your stock, $20=200 $30=300 $40=400. Simply include your ticker during the donation process, and post a note in the comments section to qualify.
